From September 1, 2026, all businesses must be able to receive electronic invoices. The emission obligation follows in September 2027 for SMEs, small businesses and micro-entrepreneurs.

No. SuperPDP is free for up to 1,000 invoices per month. The electronic invoicing feature is included in all Klark plans.
No. A simple PDF does not qualify as an electronic invoice under the reform. A structured format (Factur-X, UBL or CII) transmitted via an approved platform is required.
Financial penalties apply: 50 euros per non-compliant invoice, up to 15,000 euros annually. A 3-month notice period is provided before penalties begin.
