At Klark, transparency and the protection of your personal data are at the heart of our commitments. This policy clearly informs you about the data processing implemented as part of the use of Klark, our digital cockpit for entrepreneurs.

2. What data do we collect?
We only collect data that is strictly necessary for the proper functioning of the Klark service, including:
Data provided by the user: Name, first name, email address, email address, email address, company, telephone numberBilling information (if subscription)

We do not store sensitive data from your bank accounts: these are only displayed, in read-only mode, via our authorized partner Bridge (DSP2).
3. Why do we use your data?
We only process your data for:
To provide the services offered by Klark.
Allow you to connect your third-party accounts and tools.
Generate your documents and provide you with a summary dashboard.
Manage your subscription, access and billing.
Improve our service and offer you new tools or partnerships.
4. Legal bases for processing
The treatments are based on: Your consent, in particular for the connection to third party services.
The execution of the contract, for access to Klark services. Our legitimate interest, for the proper functioning and security of our service.
5. Sharing and subcontracting
We don't resell any data. Some data may be shared with our technical service providers only within the strict framework of the execution of services: Bridge for banking aggregation (DSP2 approved provider) - Stripe for payment processing - Hosters and technical service providers (for hosting and the proper functioning of the platform).
6. How long do we keep your data?
Account data: as long as you are a customer + 3 years after deletion (legal obligations).
Billing data: 10 years (accounting compliance).
Aggregated bank data: not stored.
Data from the tools: retained until the account is deleted or deleted manually.
7. Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights:
